Learn how this credential, developed in partnership with JROTC, supports accountability, aligns with CTE goals, and provides cadets with a tangible way to showcase their strengths to employers, colleges, and the community. We’ll cover practical steps for implementation and strategies to help cadets take ownership of their leadership journey.
