Marwa AlFakhri is an associate economist at RAND. She is an applied labor economist specializing in quantitative methods, data analysis, and program evaluation. Her research focuses on examining the alignment of workforce development initiatives with evolving labor market demand and using data-driven insights to evaluate how education, training, and employment systems can better prepare individuals for high-demand sectors. AlFakhri received her Ph.D. in public policy with a concentration in economics from Duke University.
