About me
Dee Harris is a Family & Consumer Sciences educator with over 20 years of experience. Throughout her career she noticed several things about students and their skillset----they were graduating without having the proper skillset to sustain life.⠀Sure, they may have received good grades and even been admitted into college. But they didn't have the life skills to sustain themselves on their own. Problem solving, critical thinking, public speaking are just a few of the skills focused upon in her teaching practices.
Dee made it her purpose and mission to educate children on the skillset that will shift their success. This shift would be one that would allow them to be successful in life, and not just school. The skillset that children need to make them high achieving, influential, and critical thinking leaders in everything they pursue. By focusing on strategies centered on critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on and real-life application, Dee Harris ensures that all scholars achieve and perform at their highest academic ability.
