Teressa Turner is the Director of Partnership Success responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating DWD's partnership management in alignment with the Scholar Journey Model. She owns partnership success program implementation, partner quality standards, workforce outcomes, and stewardship of strategic partnerships. Teressa possesses deep knowledge of new and emerging markets to plan for DWD model adjustments and proactively anticipate implementation challenges and growth opportunities. She leads the Partner Success team, establishing and maintaining best practices, training expectations, and escalation thresholds. Teressa also drives cross-functional alignment with internal departments to ensure that organizational partnerships are managed effectively.
