She currently serves as an assistant principal of Heyward Career and Technology Center, where she has helped cultivate a culture of safety, well-being, and productivity that empowers both students and adults to thrive in a globally competitive society.As the founder and CEO of LeeJane’s Consulting LLC, Dr. McCray-Sarvis delivers professional, personalized consulting services to schools, organizations, and professionals, with a special emphasis on workplace skills development, leadership training, and support for international teachers. Her work is grounded in a belief that each individual deserves to be known, valued, and equipped with the tools to excel.A passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, Dr. McCray-Sarvis has embedded student and community needs into decision-making processes, ensuring her leadership consistently promotes opportunity and access for all.
